Juniors Tournament 2011
On Sunday 9th October, 2011, Windsor RFC will be holding its annual Junior Tournament at Home Park for the Under 13 to Under 16 age groups.
The cost per team entering will be £175.00 i.e. £7.00 per player for squads of 25 players,
(25 players is the maximum).

INFORMATION FOR VISITING CLUBS:-
Various documents relevant to the day can be found above, but please note the following points:-
Payment:
Could you ensure that your entry fee has been paid, if not then please send payment by return per the instructions on the Invoice.
Parking:
Free Parking is available and entry is from King Edward VII Avenue Only. Access will NOT be permitted to Romney Lock Road. Cars are parked entirely at owners risk and Windsor Rugby does not accept any liability for damage or theft.
Changing Rooms:
Changing Rooms will have to be allocated on a first come first served basis. It is suggested that you get changed and take your possessions with you.
Showers will be available at the end for those who want them.
Pitches :
For Pitch layout (see above link). A Control Tent will be located at each Age Group location. In the event of any queries throughout the day please contact the Age Group Controller.
Registration:
Registration is at 09:30. All Teams and players must be registered at their respective Age Group Control Tent. A link to the Player Registration Form is above. Upon Registration each team will receive a pack containing Programmes. The first Match will start at 10:30.
First Aid :
Paramedics will be on site and Age Group Controllers will be responsible for contacting the Paramedics if First Aiders require assistance.
Refreshments:
Hot and Cold Food and Drink will be available throughout the day at the Clubhouse and at the Pavilion adjacent to Car Park Entrance A. Water Bottles can be filled at the Pavilion or in the Clubhouse Toilets. Private BBQs are not permitted anywhere on Home Park.
Presentations:
Trophies will be presented at age group control tents on completion of Final Matches.

RFU Photographic Policy:
Windsor RFC are being audited by the RFU to confirm that WRFC are following the RFU Photographic Policy
· No parents will be able to take photographs at the event unless they
have signed the attached Event Registration Form and handed it to
the relevant Age Group Control Tent and been issued with an Official
Pass authorising the parent to take photographs at the event.
· Please can ALL clubs issue the documentation regarding Photography
so that everyone is aware and come prepared with completed Event
Registration Forms.
